What tasks can you expect?
- Technical consultation and supervision of our customers in first-level support through telephone and email
- Analysis of error messages / error diagnostics including through online remote access
- Developing solutions for complex technical problems / questions
- Technical assistance to our service technicians in ongoing service calls
- Assessment and follow-up of completed service calls and reports
- Assistance in creating and optimizing service processes and our products
- Active involvement in the expansion of our services
Your Profile
- Completed degree in electrical engineering / mechatronics, preferably in mechanical engineering
- Advanced master craftsman or technician training desired
- Several years of vocational experience as a service technician or in technical maintenance, preferably with CNC tooling machines
- Control skills (e.g. Siemens, Fanuc, HEIDENHAIN)
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- High level service and customer orientation, as well as a competent, friendly telephone manner
- Analytical thinking, conflict management, teamwork skills
- Affinity for working with various software systems and good MS-Office skills
- Conversational and written English and Dutch proficiency desired
