What tasks can you expect?

Directly reports to Managing Director, operationally responsible for all activities within service and spare parts
Actively contributes to hiring and keeping staff in these departments
Timely reporting and analysis of the service department to all other parts of the organization
Point of escalation for service cases
Actively promoting and selling service and service contracts to our customers
Ultimately responsible for cost and invoicing of the department

Your Profile

Technical background either through education or experience
Preferably some kind of leadership experience
Negotiation/verbal/sales skills
Knowledge of DMG MORI products in an advantage
Verbal and written communication skills in Flemish, French & English
