What tasks can you expect?

Collaborating with the local service teams to plan and coordinate service schedules
Administration and maintenance of all relevant service documents
Follow up with customers prior to installations to ensure pre-installation requirements are met
Providing on call technical support to the designated region
Undertaking the resolution of client issues, supporting both the Sales and Service teams.

Your Profile

University degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical orientation
Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and schematics
Experience in working with ERP platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Croatian and English.
IT literacy (MS Office)
