What tasks can you expect?
- Collaborating with the local service teams to plan and coordinate service schedules for the region including service calls, maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, commissioning, installations, demonstrations and training sessions
- Responsible for the daily scheduling and planning of all field service technical activities
- Follow up with customers prior to installations to ensure pre-installation requirements are met
- Occasional visits the clients’ premises are required for training or projects
- Providing on call technical support to the designated region
- Managing the escalation procedure of customer issues when required
Your Profile
- Proven experience in mechanical and electrical installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance, of CNC machine tools and automations
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Customer service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; must be able to articulate technology to both business and technical users
