What tasks can you expect?
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
- Cost Accounting: Oversee cost accounting processes, including product costing, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., HR, sales) to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a multi-national company preferably in audit firms.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IFRS, Italian GAAP, and advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
- Other Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
