What tasks can you expect?

  • On-site installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of CNC machine tool equipment and controls
  • Delivering technical product demonstration to customer as well as training in set-up, tooling, operating and programming of the machine tools in scope
  • Support to spare parts by determining parts required by the customer
  • Preparation of service reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing repair information

Your Profile

  • Educational background in mechanical / electrical / mechatronics or equivalent technical orientation
  • Several years of proven experience in operation and troubleshooting of CNC machine- and automation-related manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical schematics
  • Operational experience with machine controls
  • Customer service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationship
  • IT skills (MS Office)
