What tasks can you expect?
- Keeping close attention to and answering service calls and emails from customers via phone, email and myDMG MORI customer portal within a timely manner
- Handling worklist
- Prioritizing machine down cases and customers with special service agreements
- Troubleshooting over the phone / E-Mail
- Technical clarifications for parts upon customer or by internal request
- Quoting and order management of spare parts
- Making technical requests
- Supervising deliveries of parts to customer
- Interacting with spare parts sales to schedule fields service intervention at the delivery of parts to customer
- Coordinating technicians from Global Service or official service partner when necessary
- Escalate service cases and spare part orders as appropriate
- Work on special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
- PPR management for both service and spare parts
Your Profile
- Technical experience
- Strong coordination/project management skills
- Service minded
- Demonstrated skill at managing multiple tasks and competing priorities efficiently within a high stress environment in which timeliness, consistency and accuracy are essential
- Results-oriented, self-directed and the ability to work in a collaborative, solution-oriented manner
- Relevant industry experience will be considered an asset
- Technical experience from field service work an asset
- Dutch spoken and written
