What tasks can you expect?
- Support of the Aftersales Service team with e.g. installations, maintenance, spare parts, training and finance of CNC machine tools
- Participation in managing workflows and coordinating the service team
- Independent management and participation in special tasks
- Maintenance of databases
- General administrative office tasks (e.g., handling correspondence)
- The scope of responsibilities may vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
Your Profile
- Completed technical or back-office related education
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical or back-office support function
- Previous experience in the industrial field with aftersales tasks is considered in advantage
- Independent and proactive approach to work in a small team
- Patient nature and highly adaptable
- Good language skills in English (min. B1) and Danish (min. C1) are required
- Residency in Denmark is necessary
